Currently working with a tier 1 prop trading firm to help build out their systematic trading team in Shanghai. They are looking for quant researcher with 3 Years + experience with portfolio optimisation and monetization in equity space.

JD:

• Conduct research to improve alpha monetization and quoting behaviors, boosting PnL
• Investigate trading abnormalities and production issues, and refine strategy behaviors accordingly
• Create in-depth post trade analysis framework and dashboard, including PnL attribution
• Experiment with internal alphas and optimize trading parameters by simulations, A/B testing
