Schroders, a global investment manager, invites high‑caliber graduates to its two‑year Public Markets Graduate Programme in Hong Kong. You will join the Asia Equities team after an initial training period and perform macroeconomic and market research, industry and company analysis, and build investment theses.
You should graduate in 2027 or have recently completed an honours degree in business, economics, maths or computer science.
Qualifications
- Graduating in 2027 or recent graduate with honours.
- Degree in business, economics, maths or computer science is welcome.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to present ideas clearly to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct macroeconomic and market research.
- Perform industry and company analysis.
- Build company models and investment theses.
- Work with a mentor to develop training and skills.
