Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Officer to oversee daily building operations and manage frontline staff. The role includes supervising security, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance to deliver high-quality service to clients and tenants.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Housing Studies, with 3–4 years in the property management industry. English and Chinese proficiency are required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, 3–4 years preferred.
• PMP (Tier 2) license is a plus.

Key roles and responsibilities of Property Officer are to carry out the daily duties at assigned destination (portfolio management or onsite role), including but not limited to the supervision of front-line staff, and management of daily operation

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Buildings' daily operation including security, cleaning, repair and maintenance arrangement
• Planning, organizing, supervising all management duties for the building in order to maintain a high standard service quality
• Carry out those policies and instructions as directed by the Head Office, and disseminated them to subordinates as and when required
• Maintain good replacement with Clients and Tenants

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management/Housing Studies related discipline
• 3-4 years' experiences in Property Management Industry
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) license or above is an advantage
• Sound Knowledge of BMO, DMC & Tenancy agreements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage
