Job summary

Rec-Engineering-Co-Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced engineer to manage building services projects. You will prepare tenders, budgets, drawings and equipment submissions, and oversee planning, site supervision and overall project management.

Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors, supervise sub-contractors, attend site meetings, and assist in payments and variation claim negotiations.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering.
• 3+ years of construction field experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission.
• Plan projects, site supervision and overall project management.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings.
• Assist in preparation of payment, variation claim and negotiation.
• Participate in other tasks as assigned.
