As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are developed and delivered to the highest quality, safety, performance, and cost standards. We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage product development from design handover to first shipment, working closely with OEM factories, Headquarters PD, QA, Merchandising, and Shipping teams to drive quality, costing, tooling, testing, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality product with set target cost.
- Create tool plan, parts list / BOM for costing with OEM factory.
- Develop and debug molds based on performance criteria and functional requirements.
- Examine parts/ components to ascertain purpose, cost and value by utilizing knowledge.
- Maintain product development milestone and accountable all events include Production Start and First Shipment.
- Liaise with Headquarter PD from design turnover till first shipment.
- Work with QA Engineer for setting up product specification and testing requirement.
- Support Merchandising and Shipping for Domestic and FOB order inquiry.

It Would Be Great To Have:
- Degree holder in PIE or Mechanical Engineering, Quality or any relevant disciplines.
- Min 5 yrs relevant experience in toys/ consumer products, with 2 yrs in supervisor capacity.
- Sound knowledge in engineering tools/ CAD / ProE / Solid Work; preferable with implementation experience.
- Good knowledge of new product costing from design rendering and CAD.
- Good communication & report writing skills; be responsible, initiative and independent.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Work in Hong Kong office and frequent business travel to Guangdong area is required.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
