Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Production Interface Engineer, Module Engineering, to coordinate with Production, Module Engineering and Industrial Engineering teams and support module performance to meet target cycle time, turns and moves.

You will drive Lean practices, support daily issue resolution, plan WIP management, validate procedures, and lead cross-functional improvements to boost productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing team management.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with Production, Module Engineering, and Industrial Engineering teams to achieve module target turns and moves.
• Support resolution of day-to-day operational issues in the module.
• Plan, organize, define, and sustain effective methods for Production WIP management.
• Validate new and existing work procedures with Module Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Trainers to meet productivity, quality, and service requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and identify shopfloor opportunities to improve production performance indicators.
• Support and sustain Lean practices across production management systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and execution.
