  • Produce and maintain wealth reporting materials, including client presentations, factsheets, and fund commentaries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with standards.
  • Support onboarding of new reporting requirements and customized deliverables for wealth clients.
  • Serve as regional point of contact for APAC wealth reporting and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Develop understanding of APAC Wealth business, client segments, and regional regulatory expectations.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly materials, including customized client reports and presentations.

Job Description

The Product Reporting Analyst, Client Operations APAC, will play an important role in delivering high-quality reporting and client materials for wealth clients across the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining investment knowledge, analytical discipline, and operational precision to produce clear, accurate, and timely materials for clients, prospects, consultants, and internal stakeholders. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining standard marketing and client reporting materials, producing customized client deliverables, and developing a strong understanding of the investment approaches they support, including portfolio outlook, process, positioning, strategy, and the broader market environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with APAC Wealth Client Group teams to support the reporting and presentation needs of private banks, wealth platforms, and intermediary clients across the region.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality wealth reporting materials, including client presentations, factsheets, fund commentaries, and ad hoc reporting deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Client Group, Investment Products & Fund Strategies, Compliance, Fund Reporting, and offshore support teams, to ensure client materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standards.
  • Support the onboarding of new reporting requirements and customized deliverables for wealth clients, including template maintenance, process documentation, and operational oversight.
  • Serve as a regional point of contact for APAC wealth reporting matters and help identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, standardization, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the APAC Wealth business, key client segments, regional regulatory expectations, and client reporting requirements to ensure materials remain relevant and client focused.
  • Apply knowledge of QLDP-related reporting where relevant; prior experience in this area is preferred.
  • Work with FE FundInfo and other external platforms to support the distribution and maintenance of fund materials.
  • Take ownership of standard materials and contribute flexibly during peak reporting periods or urgent client deadlines.
  • Produce recurring monthly and quarterly materials, including customized client reports and client presentations.
  • Peer review team deliverables as needed to support accuracy, consistency, and reasonableness of data.
  • Partner with Investment Products & Fund Strategies, Client Group, and Fund Reporting to understand the investment approaches, reporting needs, production cycles, and guidelines that govern marketing and client reporting activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably in investment management, product reporting, fund reporting, or client reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong capital markets, investment, or product knowledge, with the ability to translate complex information into clear client materials.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Independent self-starter who is also a strong team player, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines set by clients, prospects, and consultants.
  • Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and the practical adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
  • Comfortable using internal and external systems and databases; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Positive, collegial, and professional approach, with the judgment and reliability needed to support a client-facing reporting function.
  • CFA Level II candidacy or completion is preferred.
