Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Product Manager for the Payment Team in Hong Kong to define strategy, prioritize ideas, and drive the payment experience. You will work with engineers, designers and data scientists to solve challenging problems and deliver measurable impact.

You will set OKRs, collaborate with stakeholders, and own the end-to-end product lifecycle to enhance payment flows and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/business field.
• 3+ years of product management/development experience with payment or related products.
• Proven ability to simplify complex problems and deliver measurable results.
• Entrepreneurial drive in a fast-paced environment and ability to achieve stretch goals.
• Strong communication to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and do the work.
• Bonus: built your own mobile or web application.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
• More experienced candidates may be Senior Product Manager.

Product Manager – Payment Team

We are looking for a Product Manager within the Payment team to help build and improve Lalamove's payment experience. As a product manager at Lalamove, you will set OKRs and prioritise product ideas to fuel our company's strategic goal. On this team, you will work with a group of passionate and talented engineers, designers, and data scientists to solve some of the most challenging problems the company is facing. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand (and create) business strategy and direction using data and research to build for the future
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes to enhance user experience
• Work closely with the other members of the product team and other internal stakeholders
• Break down key projects and prioritise features to maximise ROI
• Communicate clearly to product and leadership on the plans, data and results
• Build creative and cost-effective solutions with members of the platform and cross-functional teams
• Drive full-stack product development with a team of talented engineers, designers and data scientists

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical/business field such as computer science, or management/economics with technical know-how
• 3+ years of product management/development experience with payment or payment related products
• Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situations
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Ability to wear both hats (business and technical) to communicate to stakeholders
