Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is looking for an AI Product Manager to shape and execute the bank’s AI roadmap, bridging business and technical teams to accelerate prototyping and scale ML/GenAI solutions with governance.

The role requires a solid background in statistics, CS or engineering, with 5+ years in PM or data analytics, and familiarity with AI architectures and vector databases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, data analytics, or technical roles.
• Knowledge of AI architectures, LLMs, NLP, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end vision and roadmaps for AI products aligned with bank objectives.
• Bridge non-technical stakeholders and technical engineering/design teams.
• Create PRDs and support rapid PoC/prototype development.
• Establish KPIs to measure, evaluate, and scale AI prototypes enterprise-wide.
• Deliver timely analytics solutions tailored to evolving business priorities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and risk control frameworks.

You will shape and execute the bank’s AI product roadmap. Functioning as a pivotal bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the role drives rapid prototyping, scales high-impact machine learning and GenAI solutions, and ensures data deliverables align with strategic business goals and strict corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and support rapid PoC/prototype development.
• Establish KPIs to measure, evaluate, and scale AI prototypes enterprise-wide.
• Deliver timely, high-quality analytics solutions tailored to evolving business priorities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and required risk control frameworks

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
