Job summary

Orderly in Hong Kong is seeking a senior product manager to own DeFi and trading product strategy across cross-functional teams, translating user needs into features that deliver a first-class developer experience.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, growth, and ecosystem teams to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and ship products end-to-end in a fast-moving, global crypto landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, on-chain trading, liquidity, and trading mechanics.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end, from opportunity discovery to launch and iteration.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and user insights to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• High ownership, curiosity, and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product strategy and initiatives across our DeFi and trading products, working closely with engineering, design, research, and other cross-functional teams to identify user needs and build best-in-class trading and developer experiences.

  • A fast-moving and highly ambiguous market: DeFi and crypto markets evolve quickly, and you’ll often need to make product decisions with incomplete information.
  • Technical complexity: You’ll work closely with engineers and need to understand protocols, APIs, SDKs, smart contracts, on-chain data, liquidity, and trading mechanics well enough to make informed product decisions.
  • Complex product trade-offs: You’ll need to balance user needs, technical constraints, business goals, market dynamics, and protocol considerations when making decisions.
  • High ownership and autonomy: You’ll be expected to independently drive projects from problem discovery through launch and iteration, rather than simply executing an existing roadmap.
  • Global collaboration: You’ll work with teammates across different countries, cultures, and time zones, requiring strong communication and self-management skills.
