Job summary

Binance is seeking a talented UI/UX designer to create user-friendly trading interfaces and enhance user experience for its trading products. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to implement design workflows, conduct user research, and deliver ready-to-produce UI/UX design deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong experience in designing fintech solutions, and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. This role offers competitive salary and flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to develop, implement and refine design workflows that support rapid iteration, quality control and continuous experience improvement for trading products.
2. Create globally appealing, secure and user‑friendly trading interfaces for Convert, in‑chat trading cards and AI trading analytics; provide professional design insights, interaction logic and visual solutions to improve conversion, trust and usability.
3. Conduct user research and needfinding; partner with product managers to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into actionable design solutions for global crypto users.
4. Deliver complete, detailed and production‑ready UI/UX design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, component specs and interaction rules; ensure high‑quality, consistent and scalable product design.
5. Define and optimize trading experience key metrics including conversion, completion rate, error rate, user satisfaction and operational efficiency; drive data‑backed design iterations.
6. Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance, operations) to align design standards and deliver best‑in‑class trading products.

Qualifications

1. Professional experience in crypto / Web3 / exchange / trading / payment / fintech / AI products; experience with Convert, one‑click trading, chat commerce or AI‑assisted investment tools is a strong plus.
2. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Digital Media or related field.
3. Proven end‑to‑end UI/UX design capabilities: user research, flow design, prototyping, component system, visual design and design system implementation.
4. Strong sensitivity to trading security, risk control and compliance; able to balance user experience, business goals and risk constraints.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present design proposals clearly and incorporate constructive feedback.
6. Strong self‑driven, quick learner, able to work in a fast‑paced and high‑growth environment.
7. Bilingual fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken); able to coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas partners and global stakeholders.
