Job summary

Centaline Financial Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent banking associate to conduct KYC/KYP, support financial planning for private wealth clients and institutional groups, and handle enquiries with the team. You will also cross-sell the bank's wide range of services.

The role requires a Form 5/DSE graduate, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior IIQE/LE/EAA qualifications or CFP/CFA/QRA are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or DSE graduate.
• Two years of banking and financial experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Willing to be a team player; positive and open-minded for industry challenges.
• IIQE Papers 1-5, LE Papers 1,7,8, EAA exam and CFP/CFA/QRA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC and KYP processes in routine work.
• Conduct financial planning for private wealth individuals and institutional groups.
• Handle existing customer enquiries and cross-sell extensive services from our Centaline Group.
• Answer walk-in enquiries and manage leads distributed by team head.
• Assist in long-term CRM in compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
