Responsibilities

System Design & Development

• Design and develop core wallet modules using Rust. Candidates with experience in other backend languages who are willing to transition to Rust are also welcome.
• Optimize existing system architecture to improve performance and stability
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and security

In-Memory System Development

• Design and implement efficient in-memory systems to improve system throughput, latency, and robustness
• Integrate with various blockchain networks to handle transfers, rollbacks, transaction signing, broadcasting, and other related external systems
• Implement and strengthen system and asset security to protect users' and the company's crypto assets

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Work closely with team members to drive project progress
• Share technical knowledge and help elevate the team's overall technical capabilities

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of backend development experience with a solid foundation in computer science
• Rust development experience, or proficiency in similar languages (C/C++, Go, etc.) with a willingness to learn Rust
• Familiarity with multi-threading and concurrent programming; experience with high-performance or financial-grade system development

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain wallet development or similar financial systems
• Familiarity with on-chain / off-chain cryptographic algorithms; ability to participate in security audits and identify/remediate potential vulnerabilities
