Job summary

Lingnan University Department of Management in Hong Kong seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to advance research and teaching in management. Based in Hong Kong, the appointee will publish in international journals and contribute to grant applications while supporting undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English.

The appointment normally lasts one year with a possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding.

Qualifications

• PhD in Management or related field, obtained within the last three years.
• Strong research track record with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Fluent in English; capable of teaching in English at undergraduate/postgraduate levels.
• Experience with grant applications or funding proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Publish in internationally recognised, high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
• Submit applications for research grants and fellowships.
• Teach a range of undergraduate and postgraduate subjects in English.
• Undertake administrative duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
