Job summary

Chun Lee Engineering Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Plumbing & Drainage Assistant Project Engineer to plan and manage projects, supervise subcontractors, and ensure milestones are met. The role requires a building services background and strong communication with clients and partners.

Take part in shop drawings, CSD coordination, and submissions. Licence as Plumber is a plus; sponsorship for further studies may be available. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience; LP a big plus
• QF4/Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or related discipline
• Good communication and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Project planning and management per contract specifications
• Manage progress to meet main program and milestones
• Site supervision and management of sub-contractors
• Coordinate with Clients, Main Contractors, Consultants and Sub-Contractors
• Prepare shop drawings, CSD coordination, work program & schedule, material & equipment submission
