Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop ML models to identify patterns in data related to markets.
• Collaborate with ML researchers, developers, and traders on real, impactful problems.
• Design and run experiments using the latest ML tools and frameworks.
• Engage in a mentorship program and participate in an education curriculum on Susquehanna's ML and trading practices.
• Apply scientific methods to extract signals from complex datasets and inform decisions.
• Explore ML aspects of quantitative finance from alpha generation to model deployment and risk-aware decisions.
