Job description

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Hong Kong.

Pay: $25–$40/hr

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

1. Design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs and goals.
2. Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness-related scenarios, concepts, and instructional content.
3. Evaluate health and safety protocols within exercise routines and contribute recommendations for best practices.
4. Develop motivational strategies and communication techniques for various client profiles.
5. Assess exercise instruction quality and program design effectiveness, offering domain-specific insights.

7. Collaborate with other experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Preferred Qualifications
