Job summary

GTS Consulting in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned private equity professional to source, evaluate and execute investments in TMT, AI and Healthcare, building a strong deal flow and pressing value creation opportunities.

You will lead end-to-end deal lifecycle—from origination, due diligence and valuation to negotiation and closing—while managing portfolio companies, designing exits and mentoring the investment team, supported by a broad industry network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PE/VC investment experience with proven track record in TMT, AI and Healthcare.
• Solid experience leading investment teams.
• Strong financial modelling, due diligence and deal negotiation skills.
• Established industry network across target sectors.
• Master’s degree or above; CFA/CPA preferred.
