Stem Education in Hong Kong seeks a freelance English Editor to support the development of STEM and thinking skills materials for children aged 3 to 12. The role focuses on editing Maths and Thinking Skills resources, proofreading for accuracy, and preparing briefs for illustrators and designers.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in a related field, 2+ years editing experience in educational publishing, and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• University graduate in Mathematics, English, sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience in educational publishing and project management.
• At least 2 years' experience as English editor.
• Careful, organised, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the primary Mathematics curriculum is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Edit engaging Maths and Thinking Skills learning resources
• Proofread content for accuracy, clarity and age-appropriateness
• Prepare briefs and work with illustrators and designers
• Support projects from development through to production
