Job summary

ESF Explore is seeking enthusiastic, experienced and qualified part-time, hourly classroom assistants to support all class activities and contribute to the ESL language programme in Hong Kong. As a classroom assistant, you will supervise pupils, assist teachers with lesson prep, and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pupils ensuring their safety and access to learning.
• Assist in the preparation of the classroom for lessons and clear afterwards; support teachers in managing pupil behaviour.
• Be actively involved in all activities (such as singing and circle time) and communicate with parents and teachers as needed.
