Job summary

Job Description

As a Corporate Paralegal, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting legal teams with drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and preparing reports to support casework and transactions.
• Maintaining and organizing corporate records, including contracts and regulatory filings.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Supporting due diligence processes for corporate transactions and mergers.
• Preparing and submitting statutory filings and liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Assisting in the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
• Providing general administrative support to the legal department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a law degree holder with a few years of Paralegal experience in handling IPO and/or listed compliance work. Candidates with general corporate experience may also be considered. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for this role.
