Job summary

Allen & Overy (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Paralegal to provide high-quality legal and administrative support to fee earners on a broad range of client matters and transactions.

You will participate in due diligence, assist with disclosure documents, conduct legal research, and provide general transaction support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent academic record.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
