Job summary

ICBC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned securities operations professional to manage daily clearing, settle fund subscriptions and redemptions, and coordinate settlements with exchanges and counterparties. You will verify data, resolve discrepancies, and support IPO/placement activities, while enhancing risk controls and automation.

The role requires 5+ years in clearing, a Finance/Accounting degree, and fluency in Cantonese/English/M Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in securities operations/clearing roles is required (5+ years).
• Familiarity with clearing practice and regulatory rules in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily clearing for global market products and related booking/fund processing.
• Handle IPO and placement operations and related reporting works.
• Manage daily clearing and settlements for fund subscriptions/redemptions.
• Perform end-of-day clearing for securities/funds and coordinate settlements with exchanges.
• Verify daily clearing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to clearing risk control frameworks and process automation.

Job description

Execute daily clearingfor global market investment product (A-shares, HK/US stocks, etc.)and related booking/fund processing, handle derivative events, manage special clearing items;

Handle IPO and placement operations and related preparation and reporting works;

Handle daily clearing and management work for fund subscriptions, redemptions and related tasks;

Perform end-of-day clearing for securities/funds arising from trades, facilitate settlement coordination between front office/product teams with exchanges/counterparties;

Verify daily clearing data,investigate and resolve discrepancies;

Sound Knowledge forsecurities lending & market making;

Drive process automation, functional enhancements, and system upgrades;

Assist in establishing robust clearing risk control frameworks;

Execute daily data collection, reporting, and discrepancy resolution;

Provide assistance to the team on different settlement tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field;

5 years or above of experiencein securities operations/clearing roles;

Familiarity withclearing practice and related regulatory rules in global market;

Sound knowledge in settlement processing and operation of clearing systems;

Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;

Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage.
