What You’ll Do

Design and build internal tools, scripts, and systems that automate operational workflows and improve team efficiency.

Apply AI/ML techniques to streamline data reconciliation, document processing, client onboarding, and other repetitive tasks.

Identify bottlenecks in day-to-day operations and develop creative, scalable solutions.

Collaborate with our operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve and modernize infrastructure.

Create dashboards, alerts, and data pipelines that enhance visibility and control across the business.

Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and platforms into our operations stack.

Champion a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

2 years of experience building AI-powered tools, internal systems, or automation solutions.

Strong skills in scripting, APIs, and system integration.

Passion for building things from scratch, optimizing workflows, and “figuring things out.”

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new industries and challenges.
