Job summary

無綫集團有限公司 is seeking an experienced Online Video Producer to lead end-to-end video creation for program promotion across social platforms in Hong Kong. The role covers shooting, editing, and coordinating live streams to engage viewers.

You will manage video assets, collaborate on concept development, storytelling, lighting and sound design, and supervise a small production team to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience with strong portfolio.
• Experience in video production, editing and camera operation.
• Familiar with storyboarding, lighting and sound design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong communication and project management with ability to lead a team under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Film Production, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience with strong portfolio showcasing his/her work
• Proven experience in video production, editing and camera operation, often in social media, or advertising contexts
• Familiar with storyboarding, scriptwriting, lighting, and sound design
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition
• Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to lead a team while adhering to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in generative models OpenAI Sora or Google Veo 3 is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Online Video Producer
