Job summary

NexusSearch International Limited is seeking a Client Onboarding professional to manage end-to-end onboarding for Hong Kong and international securities clients. You will conduct KYC/AML due diligence, coordinate with settlement and sales teams, and ensure timely activation of trading permissions.

The role requires 3–8 years of COB experience, multilingual communication, and familiarity with SFC rules. HKSI papers are a plus; licencing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of COB/KYC/onboarding experience per the role.
• Solid experience with HK and international securities clients and SFC rules.
• Exposure to institutional/family office onboarding, not only retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle onboarding for HK and international securities clients, collecting documents and conducting risk profiling.
• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence, prepare reports, escalate high-risk cases for compliance review.
• Coordinate with settlement, operations, trading and sales to complete account opening and activate trading permissions.
