Job summary

A leading environmental solutions company in Tuen Mun seeks a Safety Officer to maintain health management systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, relevant certifications, and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction or factory sectors. Essential skills include strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in English and Chinese. Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-registration experience in factory or construction with ISO audit experience preferred.
• Registered as Safety Officer with the Labour Department.
• Holder of First Aid certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
• Coordinate health and safety compliance and inspections.
• Validate health and safety data and prepare reports.
• Implement health and safety training programs.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Education

Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health

Construction Safety (Green Card) Training

Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC

Lifting Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC or CIC

A12 Silver Card issued by CIC
