Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a seasoned Costing/Accounting professional to oversee cost systems, analyze variances and support pricing for new products. The role emphasizes data consolidation, ERP familiarity and proactive cost control.

The candidate will handle monthly inventory and cost analyses, prepare periodic financial reports, and forecast material and labor consumption, while coordinating with Sales/Marketing for quotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting; qualified accountant status preferred.
• 8 years of costing accounting experience in a factory environment.
• Strong data consolidation, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, proactive and fast learner.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Willing to stay offshore and return to HK twice a year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost accounting system including standard and actual data for raw materials, BOM, and routings.
• Identify cost factors and suggest cost-control measures.
• Assist Sales/Marketing with quotations for new products.
• Inventory management: monthly analysis of inventory, scraps, and excess stock.
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs and compare to standard costs.
• Perform cost, PPV, and labor efficiency analyses.
• Conduct internal audits as requested.
• Forecast material and labor consumption and factory overhead monthly.
