Job summary

Chu Hai College of Higher Education in Hong Kong is seeking an Officer (Physical Education) to support campus fitness operations and sporting activities. The role, based in the Student Admissions and Administration Office, involves coordinating the gymnasium, fitness room, and related activities, including registration, venue setup, and inquiries.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, has 1-2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates teamwork and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in relevant disciplines.
• 1–2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in tertiary education sector.
• Be a good team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Holder of valid coaching certificate and/or first aid certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operation of Fitness Room.
• Organise and coordinate sports activities and competitions.
• Manage the Flag-raising Team of the College.
• Assist the daily operation of the Gymnasium, including user registration, facility usage record, venue set-up, enquiries, and access control.
• Assist to coordinate matters relating to the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China (USFHK).
• Shift duty is required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
