BAH Partners Limited is hiring Data Engineers for tier-1 quantitative funds. Roles are based in Hong Kong or Singapore and offer exposure to leading trading and research data infrastructure.

You will work with financial market data, build robust data extraction and ETL pipelines from diverse sources, and develop data platforms to support backtesting and live trading workflows in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience as a Data Engineer within finance.
• Must have experience with financial market data.
• Must have experience extracting, cleaning, and aggregating data from a wide range of raw sources and formats, with a strong focus on robust, reliable data extraction processes.
• 3+ years building data platforms (backtesting or similar)
• Advanced programming skills in Python (Pandas/Polars/Dask/PySpark)
• Batch + streaming ETL, lake/warehouse/lakehouse patterns
