Job summary

Miramar Group is seeking a junior administrative assistant to support data entry of marketing materials such as itineraries and posters, and to upload assets to shared folders and the company website on time.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely production of promotional content, and willingness to take on ad-hoc duties as required; immediate availability is highly preferred. HK-based role with English, Cantonese and Putonghua communication desirable.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above (HKCEE/HKDSE).
• 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in social media, copywriting, digital marketing, and advertising.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry of marketing and promotional materials, such as itinerary and poster.
• Upload materials to share folders and the company website on time.
• Ensure timely production and accuracy of all materials.
