Odoo is seeking an Account Manager in the Customer Success Team (Indirect) to manage renewals and drive retention for a portfolio of APAC customers and official partners. You will analyze client pain points and propose or upsell Odoo solutions to boost efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact end customers and resellers of Odoo.
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Build long-term relationships with Odoo partners and your customer portfolio (growth).
• Excel in transversal sales and product demonstrations.
• Main focus is 80% on sales (renewals and up-sell opportunities).
