Qualifications

• Master's degree or above from a leading domestic or international university.
• 10+ years of equity investment experience, having led the full investment cycle (fundraising, investing, managing and exiting) on multiple overseas infrastructure projects, with extensive transaction experience and a clear track record of successful investments.
• Familiarity with leading overseas infrastructure investors and deep insight into the infrastructure industry landscape and trends, with strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking and resource integration ability.
• Solid finance and accounting knowledge; CFA, CPA, ACCA or similar qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and cross-department communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop the team.
• Strong self-drive, sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
