Job summary

CLP is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive digital transformation initiatives in Hong Kong, focusing on AI-enabled solutions and customer experiences. The role requires managing complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in IT, strong ERP/AI domain knowledge, and fluency in Cantonese and English. On-site work in Hung Hom with permanent or 2-year contract terms is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, business or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects; Scrum Master a plus.
• Ability to lead and support change management initiatives.
• Strong communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Domain knowledge: ERP, e-commerce, mobile payments, AI tech incl. Gen AI & LLMs.
• Experience with low-code/pro-code AI platforms like Power Automate, Databricks, Copilot Studio.

Job Duties

• Proactively engage stakeholders with an innovative mindset to creatively solve business problems with digital solutions, providing professional advice and determining priorities for projects as required, and challenging the status quo
• Contribute to the design and implementation of major IT and digital initiatives (e.g. CLP App / web, eCommerce, Gen AI and AI agent solutions) including the development of business case, evaluation, testing, change management and roll out
• Ensure IT applications are maintained and enhanced in a timely and efficient manner to cater for changes in the business environment and operational needs
• Support the delivery of Gen AI and AI agent projects by working with business users to identify use cases, define expected outcomes, coordinate solution design and manage adoption in a practical and controlled manner
• Work with technical teams and delivery partners on low-code and pro-code platforms such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Databricks to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Comfortable with managing budgets and familiar with commercial cost accounting for SaaS/PaaS/LaaS solutions
• Ensure that a proper program of security, backup and disaster recovery is in place and they are aligned with organisation standards
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities; facilitate the adoptions of digital business solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Foster productive and supportive relationships and networks within and outside the organization

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in information technology, business or related discipline
• At least 8 years' IT experience of developing and implementing IT or digital transformation projects; previous role as Scrum Master is a definite advantage
• Ability to lead, propose and support change management projects to meet emerging business challenges
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams at all levels
• Technical and domain knowledge in ERP, digital customer services, e-commerce, mobile payment, mobile apps & web, and emerging AI technologies (such as SAP, Oracle, Adobe Experience Manager, Gen AI, AI agents and LLM-enabled solutions)
• Basic understanding of large language models, prompt design, AI agent concepts, responsible AI considerations and the practical application of Gen AI in business processes is preferred
• Experience in managing or supporting AI-enabled digital projects using low-code and pro-code tools, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Databricks or similar platforms, would be an advantage
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, data analytics, innovation and problem solving
• Experience in Design Thinking is desirable
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, written Chinese and English
