Qualifications

• Knowledge of lending and liabilities products, accounting standards, banking systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into practical insights.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and accountable, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capabilities, with strong PowerPoint skills; experience with AI, think-cell, or similar data-visualisation tools is advantageous.
