Job summary

Lomography in Hong Kong is seeking a Logistics Operation Clerk to support daily inbound/outbound shipments and order processing. You will work with Sales, Finance, and HQ to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.

The role involves handling customs declarations and coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and clients, with exposure to cost analysis and process improvements in logistics. 5-day weeks at Kwai Fong, Hong Kong, with group medical and annual leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily logistics operations and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Experience with shipping documentation and invoicing.
• Familiarity with export/import customs declarations.
• Strong communication with warehouses and suppliers.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week including public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Logistics operation, inbound and outbound shipment (Online and Wholesale)
• Process and respond to relevant online customer service inquiries
• Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., S/O, invoices, packing lists, AWB, bookings, etc.)
• Handle export and import customs declarations (via Tradelink/eBiz)
• Coordinate with the warehouse and Wholesale team to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled on schedule and prepare reports as necessary
• Collaborate with China counterparts, factories, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate documents and shipping instructions
• Assist in gathering data for logistics cost analysis and process improvements in overall logistics operations
• Support or participate in ad-hoc or new projects assigned by supervisor

For our subsidiary in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Logistics Operation Clerk. In this role, you will work in the Logistic team closely with the Sales and Financial & Administration departments and also with the Lomography Headquarter and other subsidiaries over the world to support the operations of the company with various topics related to logistics matters.
