Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Litigation Associate (2–7 PQE) for a tier-one international law firm in Hong Kong. You will handle high-stakes commercial disputes, regulatory investigations (SFC & HKMA), and international arbitrations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years PQE in a reputable peer international or top-tier law firm.
• Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record in handling commercial litigation, cross-border disputes, or regulatory investigation matters.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, alongside proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Advising multinational clients on a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Handling regulatory investigations, compliance reviews, and enforcement proceedings initiated by regulatory bodies such as the SFC and HKMA.
• Drafting high-quality pleadings, witness statements, submissions, and letters of advice.
• Conducting extensive legal research and managing complex document review processes.
• Liaising directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and barristers on ongoing case strategies.
• Assisting in business development initiatives and representing the firm at key industry events.

As a Litigation Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Exceptional drafting and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, alongside professional proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese to interact with regional clients.
