Job summary

One Recruitment Limited is urgently recruiting a Legal Clerk for our client, an international law firm in Central, Hong Kong. The role supports the litigation team by preparing court bundles, filing documents electronically via iCMS, and coordinating with the Court Registry.

Applicants should have at least 4 years' experience as a court clerk or legal executive, and a Legal Diploma is advantageous. Proficiency with iCMS and strong English/Chinese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• F.5 standard with at least 4 years experience in court clerk and legal executive roles.
• Legal Diploma is an advantage.
• Proficient with iCMS platform and strong document handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing court bundles and certified documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing court bundles and certified documents
• Prepare and file court documents electronically via iCMS system
• Manager iCMS account and communicate with Court Registry
• Handle judiciary submissions, lodge summons and notice of consent, closely monitor filing deadlines ad system alerts
• Submit various documents to governmental departments, such as IRD, BR and Land Registry for tax related filings, companies ordinance filings and conveyancing matters
• Maintain and organise legal filing systems

Job Requirements:

• F.5 standard with at least 4 years experience in court clerk and legal executive roles
• With qualification of Legal Diploma is a definite advantage
• Good skill in managing iCMS platform is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese is required
