Job summary

Guotai Junan International is seeking a Senior Project Manager — Wealth Solutions to lead the development and growth of the Wealth Management Platform. You will shape the product strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver digital wealth solutions for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in product and project management, ideally in wealth management or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of product and project management experience, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading digital products from concept to launch in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of financial sector and regulatory requirements from SFC.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Wealth Management Platforms.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements with timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with business units to gather competitor insights and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
• Work with engineering, design, compliance, and sales to ensure go-to-market execution.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and alignment with industry standards with legal/compliance teams.
