Job summary

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, part of the Shangri-La Group, seeks a Laundry Operator to support daily laundry operations including cleaning, ironing, stain removal, and machine operation. You will work within our housekeeping team to ensure high standards of fabric care and timely service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of laundry experience, can operate ironing machines, and is responsible and detail‑minded.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Laundry Operator ( 洗衣員 ), you will support daily laundry operations, including cleaning, ironing, stain removal, and machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ironing, sewing, dry and wet cleaning of laundry items
• Check and remove stains before cleaning
• Operate washing machine
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
