eFinancialCareers Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a KYC/CDD Manager for a major Chinese corporate bank. You will oversee onboarding, KYC, and data maintenance, coordinating with Relationship Managers and clients to ensure AML compliance and regulatory standards.

The role requires 8-10 years of KYC/CDD experience in corporate banking, English and Mandarin proficiency, and a degree. Strong MS Office skills and data analysis experience are preferred.

Formación

• Degree holder in business or related discipline.
• 8-10 years' relevant experience in KYC/CDD/account opening in corporate banking or financial institutions.
• Preferably with 2+ years in a checker position.
• Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese Word Processing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage daily operations of account opening and client onboarding processes, including corporate account setup, KYC and maintenance of static data.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and clients on KYC/AML/CDD compliance.
• Participate in system enhancement and UAT by gathering user requirements.
• Prepare, revise, and maintain operational procedures and policies for regulatory alignment.
• Conduct statistical analysis and compile supervisory reports (FATCA, CRS, DPS).
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks to support business needs.
