Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent, which qualifies them to teach 3-5 years of age.
• Certificate/Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE)
• Newly qualified teachers or teaching experience within a recognised educational institute

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Create a safe and inclusive space where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to express themselves and explore their interests.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive play, to engage children and support diverse learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student progress through observation and documentation, providing constructive feedback to guide individual learning paths.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development, maintaining open communication about progress and milestones.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practices to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education trends.
• Foster a love of learning by incorporating songs, games, and creative activities that inspire curiosity and imagination.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood Education)
