Job summary

• Perform health check and maintain system stability and availability
• Support work related to information technology and be responsible for related document work
• Assist in project implementation, including system migration, UAT and other related ad-hoc project
• Collect user requirements
• Support and assist colleagues in using computer software and solving hardware problems;
• Maintain inventory record of computer hardware & software
