Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in business analysis, BPM and project management.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Knowledge in MS SQL and data analytics tools.
• Project management certificate advantageous.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Collect user requirements among stakeholders and conduct analysis and alignment.
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business units on improvements and new IT system recommendations.
• Work with IT team and end users for feasibility and implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide training to user departments before implementation.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
