The successful applicant will come from Big 4 with IPO experience, hold CPA/ACCA, and have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with strong technical accounting knowledge and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are essential.
• Big 4 experience is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and IPO processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting IPO-related processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful IPO launches.
• Providing technical advice on accounting standards and their application to projects.
• Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
