Qualifications

• Good knowledge of investment products.
• CFP or CFA designation is preferred.
• Passes HKSI Licensing examinations for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral activity to BBD RMs and BBC specialists to meet targets.
• Reactivate Investment ETB and NTB; promote self-directed trading.
• Execute segmented outbound calling with tailored lists to improve conversion.
• Deliver high-impact campaigns end-to-end with strong messaging and follow-through.
• Promote centre penetration by engaging targeted customer lists and converting low-activity clients.
• Identify opportunities for China Nexus and wealth engagement through referrals.
• Manage lead lists and maintain a structured sales pipeline by priority and need.
• Ensure all calling and promotions comply with regulatory requirements.
• Report to Centre Manager and I&I Department Head.
