Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to conduct in-depth analysis of global equity markets and craft investment strategies. You will work with the Macro Expert and Equity Research Analyst to share insights and help shape global strategies.

The role includes developing and managing HNW client portfolios, delivering market strategy reports, and hosting strategy presentations for internal teams, clients, and industry events.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis or strategic planning.
• SFC license type 1,4 and CFA/FRM or similar certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly to clients at various levels.
• Basic knowledge of PWM products (hedge funds, structured notes, cash bonds, OTC derivatives).
• Excellent teamwork spirit and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the Global equity markets to provide regular investment strategies including macroeconomic trends, industry patterns, market structures, and regulatory environments.
• Work closely with Macro Expert and Equity Research Analyst to share insights and help formulate global investment strategies.
• Develop and manage HNW clients; portfolio strategies to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns using listed products.
• Provide regular market strategy reports and competitor dynamics to explore investment opportunities.
• Host regular market strategy presentations to internal teams, clients, and at relevant industry events to communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
• Adhere to best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring investment activities are in line with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis or strategic planning
• Holder of SFC license type 1,4 regulated activity and highly preferred CFA, FRM, or similar professional certifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly to clients at various levels
• Effective decision-making skills with the ability to make accurate judgments in a fast-paced environment
• Have basic knowledge of PWM products, i.e. hedge fund, structure notes, cash bond, otc derivatives
• Excellent teamwork spirit and cross-cultural communication abilities.
