Job summary

CITIC Securities International in Hong Kong seeks experienced investment banking professional to lead execution and origination of corporate finance products. You will maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with overseas offices and teams.

The role requires 3-18 years in investment banking, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Putonghua. Regulatory qualifications and market knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-18 years’ experience in investment banking and financial industry.
• Knowledge and experience in corporates and capital markets transactions and processes.
• Excellent analytical, market research and quantitative skills.
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and origination of mandates for the products.
• Maintain and extend relationships with existing clients and develop new clients.
• Identify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunities.
• Obtain rich knowledge and market development in relation to the products.
• Communicate and interact with internal partners and sector teams as well as with clients and other external parties.
• Coordinate corporate finance related matters with oversea offices and CS Beijing.
• Decision making and problem solving.
• Review and supervise work prepared by junior members.
• Develop, implement, apply and train the junior bankers within the team and provide guidelines during day-to-day work.
