YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You’ll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or VP level in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis expertise.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparables, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
