Job summary

Hero Design Group is a growing Hong Kong-based creative studio seeking an Interior Designer who can blend strong execution with exploration of technology and AI in design and construction. You will transform client visions into functional spaces and create detailed concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings.

Responsibilities include material selection, procurement coordination, and ensuring project progress aligns with client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential/commercial design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their design goals and transform their visions into functional, visually appealing interior spaces.

Create detailed design concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate ideas and facilitate client approval.

Select and specify appropriate materials, fixtures, furniture, and finishes that align with the project's style, budget, and quality standards.

Oversee the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and tradespeople to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Monitor project progress, ensuring the design integrity is maintained and that work adheres to client specifications, industry standards, and regulations.

Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients and internal teams, addressing questions and resolving issues proactively.

Stay informed about the latest design trends, materials, and technological innovations to continually enhance your expertise.

Qualifications:

Degree in Interior Design or related field.

At least 2 years of experience, preferably in residential and commercial sectors.

Strong design skills with the ability to create attractive, functional, and innovative interior spaces.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
